BTS have surprised their fans with a "holiday remix" of their single 'Butter'.
Jin, Suga, J-Hope, RM, Jimin, V, and Jungkook, a K-pop boy band, have released a fifth version of their successful song since its original release in May, with the instrumentation modified for the holiday season.
Jingle bells, church bells, and a saxophone solo have been added to the dance music, and record company Big Hit Music has characterized the release as a chance to "bring warmth to (fans') hearts this Christmas season to offer our profound thanks."
They also stated: "The BTS digital single 'Butter' made history in 2021 because to your unending support.
"We would want to thank all of our fans for their ongoing support of BTS."
The new version follows the remixes 'Hotter,' 'Cooler,' and 'Sweeter,' while another edition has a Megan Thee Stallion verse.
Since then, the rapper has stated that she would love to collaborate with them again.
