Traffic bottlenecks are most common on highways designed for motor vehicles. It's rare for autonomous automobiles to clog up a pedestrian walkway since they aren't supposed to be there. However, this is precisely what occurred in Estonia. Due to the heavy snowfall, a number of autonomous cars have become stranded on the pedestrian walkway. The only difference is that these aren't large automobiles or massive trucks. These are little robotic courier vehicles that are struggling to overcome the weight of the snow that has accumulated on the pavement. It's a funny scene.
The Estonian parliament passed laws in 2017 allowing delivery robots on the country's pedestrian pavements. Everything was OK until a huge snowstorm ruined the plan. These vehicles are now parked on the sidewalk in Tallinn, Estonia's city. A video has been published on Twitter by a Twitter user.
